At Chris Aura Living, every candle is hand-poured with care. Because our products are handmade and made-to-order, we have a limited return window.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or broken product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or clear photographs of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
  • Sale or discounted items

Refunds Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement of the same product, or
  • A store credit for the value of the item

Refunds to original payment method are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
